The necklace is 22 cm (8.7 inches) wide and 16 cm (6.3 inches) tall at the widest points of the beaded part.
6 cm long tassels, that makes the necklace 18 cm (7.1 inches) tall (starting from the top of the bears head and ending at the end of the lowest tassel)

The necklace has 5 black tassels and two jingles - one at each end of the outer triangles of the necklace.
